How about a huge sign posted near the remaining Brooklyn buildings up for sale advertising the Royal Commission's findings on Watchtower corporation's handling of sexually abused minors under it's care. That ought to get their buildings sold a lot faster or slower as people await a fire sale of the property to keep them from bankruptcy.
Hey have huge bill boards up close to any significant property they have like Warwick, and other properties kind of like letting future fire sale buyers where to look and wait to find cheap property in the very near future.

It ougta get real interesting as the Kingdom Hall sell off get in full swing to pay off debts that are beginning to come due.

These guys are so full of shit in everything they say and do, another words: they are frauds, so how can they ever expect to survive one lawsuit after another as their underhanded ways finally catch up to them.
